PAYMENT
Only Paypal will be accepted. All payments are due immediately with the BUY IT NOW option and within 24 hours after bidding has ended.  Best offers are also due immediately, unless other arrangements are made.  Unpaid item case will be opened if an item goes unpaid for 2 days.

We are very reasonable.  So if you have any issues or need more time, just send us a message.  

SHIPPING

**Please make sure your shipping address is correct before purchasing.  We are not able to make any changes to the address once transaction is complete. 

**International Buyers:  Please be aware that there may be additional import/ Custom fees.  We are not responsible for any additional fees/ costs. 

We ship Monday-Friday, except holidays.  Items will be shipped within 1 business day after payment clears. Please note, we have no control over post office delays or mistakes.   

RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please let us know so we can find a solution together. 

For Domestic Sales, we will accept returns on NEW items under the following conditions: 

1. Shipped back within 14 days, at your expense, with tracking information included.

2. The item must be in the exact same condition as received: no damages, stains, odors and tags must be attached.

3. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.  If shipping was free, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refund to cover original shipping paid by seller.

4. Any refund will be returned through Paypal only.  Please allow at least 1-2 business days for a refund to be issued once your return is received/ delivered.

5.  Only return requests submitted thru Ebay will be accepted.
