Usually we despatch orders received by 1:00pm the same day, Monday to Friday.
Orders received after 1:00pm on Friday or over the weekend are despatched the following Monday.
Orders are despatched by Recorded Courier with a normal delivery time of 1 - 3 working days.
Standard delivery to the UK is included in the price.
If you are in a real hurry, we can send by Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed delivery for an extra fee.
With this service, delivery is guaranteed by 1:00pm the following working day (not including Saturdays).
Please note that the usual exclusions for public holidays apply to the above.

Note we ship directly from PayPal. It is your responsibility to make sure that the shipping address used with PayPal has been updated after a move. In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
