Item Detail:  This is an extremely rare original sepia photograph of women in the “wild west”. 

There is handwriting on the back of the photo that says: “The Bunch Camp Yosemite”.  The photograph shows one man and four women in hats on horses or mules.   

The riders are in a clearing or roadway, and there is a structure in the background surrounded by tall redwoods. 

An especially charming perspective is that the photo was taken by the photographer through the ears of a burro.

Condition:   One tiny crease mark in upper right.  One small scratched area in the middle, up high in the trees (does not interfere with any of the people in the photo)
