Protect E-MTB manufacture simple but high quality bash guards for your E-MTB. Our guards are designed to protect your motor housing from damage from debris, roots and rocks. We only use the highest quality aviation alloys due to their high strength-to-weight ratio(261 grams lighter than steel) , being more flexible than steel means our manufacturing team can mold for a perfect fit , alloy also offers better impact resistance. For our 2022 Gen3 guard we have incorporated a specially designed rubber grommet between the battery housing and guard to give even more impact protection.
Our Specialized guards are the first in the world to incorporate a counterbore hole to protect the bolt from damage.
Protect E-MTB guards have been fully tested in some of the harshest condition, our latest 2022 has been trail tested in Scotland, Wales and Rogate bike park.
