ITEMS NOT RECEIVED

Most parcels are received within the time specified on the listing, if you do not receive your items within this time please check with your local delivery office, as Royal Mail DON'T always leave a card when they attempt to deliver. We will always ask you to check your sorting office and confirm the name and address on the order before sending out replacements or issuing a refund. We will check the sorting office ourselves wherever possible, if your parcel is there we will not resend, or issue a refund until the parcel is returned back to us. We will not issue replacements or refunds until our recommended number of delivery days has passed
