Welcome to my Store, this listing is for a pretty Quilted Throw dedicated to lovers of any age of Holly Hobbie, totally handmade using a vintage and preowned piece of flat bed sheet made for children with the print of that famous character wearing a Blue and Pink dress and hat, with lots of those colors in the overall design, I used a new package of White cotton Batting made in USA, a new cotton woven pink and white 1/8" gingham fabric in the back and a new 100% cotton bias tape in coordinated print floral colors around the rounded borders, this quilted throw is 42 inches square.
I always trying to re-purpose old vintage textiles, this piece was just made to be a pretty throw for the back seat of the car or just to have at hand when somebody need something cozy, I hand stitched in some areas just to keep the front with the backing together, is perfect to display with all those vintage Dolls!
