Up for sale is and ORIGINAL ANTIQUE Civil War Era loose newspaper page from - HARPER'S WEEKLY. It is only 1 page (front and back) and measures approximately 11" x 15".

The front of the page features 9 colored illustrations. On the reverse side are a few articles from the paper.

Harper's Weekly, A Journal of Civilization was an American political magazine based in New York City. Published by Harper & Brothers from 1857 until 1916, it featured foreign and domestic news, fiction, essays on many subjects, and humor, alongside illustrations. It carried extensive coverage of the American Civil War, including many illustrations of events from the war. During its most influential period, it was the forum of the political cartoonist Thomas Nast.

The newspaper page is generally in GOOD Condition. There is some age related toning and browning. Creases in the corners and some nicks/chips along the edges. Some spotting and other light stains.
