This Earing 2.5mm Headset Y-Cord connects two 2.5mm headsets to a single 2.5mm phone jack to perform agent training, supervisory, coaching, multi-users on one call. This connector allows both users to hear the caller and speak with the caller.  If you prefer to only have one participant observe (listen only) without being able to be heard use Earing 25P-25-Mute-Training Cord instead.

Note: You will need to use this item in conjunction with two 2.5mm Sub-Mini Plug headsets.
