You will receive the pre-loved dog or cat BAT costume hat.  The hat measures 14" from end to end.  The hat is secured with a Velcro chip strap. There are holes for the pets ears to stick out of. The interior of the BAT hat is lined in polyester.  The main part of the hat is black and the BAT wings are purple.  Really cute.  The yellow eyes are an applique and the black nose is stuffed and applied to the hat for a 3 dimensional effect.  The 2 white fang teeth are polyester felt.  There are no tears, no holes, no repairs and no funny smells, it doesn't look or smell like the hat was used.
