GUIDE ADAPTER INFORMATION:
The adapter has been CAD designed to replace the Scalextric Easy Pickup Guide System, changing to a 3rd party guide such as ScaleAuto or Slot.it.

Adapters depth plate 1mm • Shaft length 4.75mm• Shaft diameter 3mm• Outer diameter 5mm
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:
We have designed the hole to 3mm. You will need to file the adapter hole to suit your guide shaft depending on your guide stick diameter. The hole in the centre is generic to suit a range of guides... Very little filling is required with the Scaleauto CS-1608 with a 3.4mm stick diameter.• Remove Scalextric Easy Pickup Guide assembly.• Position the guide adapter on the Scalextric chassis sleeve. A little filling is required on the outer diameter for a comfortable fit.• Once filed push adapter into place on the underside of the chassis. Fix into place with superglue. • When glue is dried fill the inner shaft with a small round fill to suit your guide shaft width.

The adapter has been CAD designed to repair a damaged Scalextric Chassis Guide hole that has snapped off allowing you to change to a 3rd party guide such as ScaleAuto or Slot.it.SPEC:• Repair Adapters depth plate 1mm• Shaft length 4.75mm• Shaft diameter 3.4mm• Outer diameter 6.5mm

The Guide Repair Plug has been CAD designed to allow you to use a 3rd party guide such as ScaleAuto Universal Guide 7mm REF: SC-1608, Slot.it CH10 with screw fixing others may also work with some filing. SPEC:• Shaft length 5.2mm• Inner Shaft diameter 3.4mm• Outer diameter 20mm - 21mm
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:
We have designed the hole to 3.4mm to take a 3rd party guide. Very little filling of the Guide Repair Plug is required.Remove Scalextric Easy Pickup Guide assembly and cut away old guide debris.Position the guide Repair plug on the cleaned out Scalextric Chassis. Cut/File hole to 20mm diameter to take the repair plug.Once filed place the guide plug into the cut out aperture from the underside. Fix into place with Bostik Fix & Flash or similar.When glue is dried fix your replacement guide into place using the top fixing screw.
SCALEXTRIC GUIDE PLUG INFORMATION:
The Guide Repair Plug has been CAD designed to allow you to reuse the Scalextric Easy Pickup Guide System.SPEC:• Shaft length 4.25mm• Inner Shaft diameter 4.25mm• Outer diameter 19mm - 21mm
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:
We have designed the hole to 4.25mm to take the original Scalextric Guide. Very little filling of the Guide Repair Plug is required.Remove Scalextric Easy Pickup Guide assembly and cut away old guide debris.Position the guide Repair plug on the cleaned out Scalextric Chassis. Cut/File hole to 19mm diameter to take the repair plug.Once filed place the guide plug into the cut out aperture from the underside. Fix into place with Bostik Fix & Flash or similar.When glue is dried fix the original Scalextric guide into place using the top fixing screw.
