Rare'CLARA' Murano amber glass pendant by Baroncelli of Murano approximately 16-20 years old.

The iconic CLARA is hand blown with large bubbles which spiral in a ribbed and waved pumpkin shaped body, an astonishing example of the skill of the Murano Maestros. The one and only Maestro who had the skill to make this size retired a few years ago taking his knowledge with him and until now it has only been possible to make the CLARA up to 40cm in diameter. This the largest CLARA ever created topped by a glass hand blown ceiling rose made to match and reflecting the pendant dome below, a beautiful detail. A rare opportunity to invest in a piece of Murano history.
Baroncelli is a Murano glass making family with studios in London and New York who design and take commissions for interior design projects.

*Photos of CLARA from the Baroncelli website when it was originally on sale and which give provenance. CLARA is currently in storage but we will be supplying pictures soon.
