• We ship worldwide. All orders will be shipped from South Korea by airmail.
• We ship your orders almost within 3 business days after the payment.
• Please confirm your address is correct. We only ship to the address listed on eBay.
• It might take more than usual by any unpredictable events including weather condition, no nonstop shipping, customs & house policy in your country. Please understand.
• It takes 2 or 3 weeks more to receive items in South America, Russian Federation.

 PAYMENTS

• We accept various payment methods such as Credit Card (VISA, Master), Debit Card, Gift Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or and so on.
• Items must be paid within 3 days of auction ended. Otherwise, we can't guarantee your item would be still available.

 CUSTOMS & DUTIES

• Depending on the destination countries, customs charge or tax could be imposed.
• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

 RETURNS

• We accept the returns for any reason, but item must be "Not Opened Condition." All returns must be sent within 14 days of
  receipt of your package.
• Once receiving the returned item, we will contact buyers to arrange refund of merchant value. Please note that postage is NOT refundable.
• If you received wrong item, please send a message to us through "Ask a question" at the bottom of the item listing. To resolve the problem, we will ship correct items. (In this case, we pay the cost of shipping.)
• If the items have returned to us under the unclaimed status, we will give you a full refund except shipping cost.
