Wastegate Jackets work in 2 ways.
Temperature loss from
exhaust components results in exhaust gasses cooling and a loss in velocity.
Wastegate Jackets
help keep the heat inside the exhaust housing retains and increases velocity of
the exhaust gasses which allows the turbo to spool faster. This results
in better throttle response.
They also help reduce
the under bonnet temperatures by up to 60% which means lower intake temps which
also results in an increase in Horsepower.

Turbo Blanket is the best in the market. It is able to withstand 1200 degrees C
TriX Wastegate Jackets are made from high grade carbon treated titanuim basalt (lava rock) both INSIDE and OUTSIDE - unlike cheaper copies which only use this material on the outside. This means more heat is retained and the life of the jacket is greatly extended. We have also added a firbe mesh on the inside to increase structure and performance.
