Brand new. I think I actually haven’t even tried them on, I tried on a yellow color of the same style and ended up going with the red/grey in the same size. Comes with 2 sets of laces, red and grey as pictured. Supposedly “oil resistant”. Looks like a nitrile coated toe area on the upper material as well. If you have any questions, please ask.
