We've been away for a while those customers who brought from us and used our services before would have noticed.
eBay wasn't really working for us - they deleted about 40 glowing reviews on our watches
only because we sync'ed our own website store listings to it,
they removed the listings with all valid reviews without talking to us, quoting security reasons and refused to restore the data even after apologising to us.
So we went full on for our own website and we'd appreciate if you come visit so we can offer a more tailored customer service.
