Photos of the packing and screen must also be provided so we can notify the courier and make a warranty claim.

In which case the courier will return to collect the TV and a replacement TV will be dispatched immediately.

This warranty cover against damage/ broken screens expires 24 hours after of receiving the TV.

If we are notified at a later date that the screen has been broken we will not be able to assist you, and returns will not be excepted.
