Guadeloupe massive white-metal 72mm. medal from the Paris Mint to commemorate the "Centre Hospitalier Maurice Selbonne". View of the building/Map of the islands. Undated but since the hospital opened in 1969, probably circa this period of time.  One rim nick (see photo) at 7 o'clock obverse otherwise sharp AU+.
