A SUPERB AND VERY RARE SET OF 8 DANCING MINSTREL TROUBADOUR ACTOR FIGURES FROM THE RENAISSANCE, THE FIGURES ARE SOLID CAST METAL AND ARE PAINTED.  THEY ARE MOST LIKELY BY HEYDE OF GERMANY  DATING TO C1900 - FIGURES LIKE THESE ARE EXTREMELY RARE!!!  WE HAVE NEVER SEEN THEM BEFORE WITH 50 YEARS OF COLLECTING FIGURES.   THEY ARE FROM ONE OF THE MOST SIGNIFICANT COLLECTIONS OF ANTIQUE FIGURES.

The minstrel figures are 2.5 inches (6.5 cm) tall.  The figures do not stand up on their own.
