The ongoing HP-A8 is now available in MK2 with support for DSD 11.2MHz.
● Headphone amplifier with high-quality 32-bit-DAC (AK4490) and all-discrete circuit
● Adopts a self-developed USB driver and supports sampling frequencies up to 32bit / 192kHz. Also, DSD 11.2 MHz (ASIO)
Also supports (* DSD playback on Mac supports up to 5.6 MHz)
● Low phase noise High precision crystal (crystal oscillator) is used
● Adopts high-quality sound / high-precision audio grade electronic volume for level adjustment
● Uses a large-capacity toroidal power transformer
● Input from personal computers, digital audio equipment, and analog audio equipment is possible
● Built-in SD (SDHC) card drive, DSF files, WAV files and AIFF files recorded on the SD card
Can be played directly. It also supports future version upgrades using an SD card.
● The master clock can be switched between the internal clock and the external clock (S / PDIF only)
● Equipped with 44.1K series and 48K series independent clocks
● 2x or 4x upsampling is possible (upsampling can be turned off)
● Equipped with 4 types of digital filter switching functions
● Headphone output can be switched from +0 to +20 dB (0.5 dB step).
● Direct analog output is possible without going through the volume
