We organise delivery to you on an insured pallet service. We will agree a delivery date with you when you place your order.
Standard delivery usually takes place within five working days after we receive payment for the tiles you are ordering. Standard delivery will be on normal weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. You pay extra for Saturday timed deliverie which take place between 8 a.m. and 12 noon.
Any delivery charges which you pay (e.g. on orders of £100 or less) will be what we are charged by the third party carrier; there will be no mark up.
Your order will be delivered on a pallet. The pallet is removed using a hand operated pallet trolley. The pallet is moved onto the tail lift of the vehicle and then lowered to the kerb side. The driver will then manoeuver the pallet into a safe place. The driver will not be able to lift the pallet over fences or walls. The driver will not be able to carry your order any further than the pallet trolley allows. Due to the limitations of this type of delivery we advise that you contact us if you are in any way unsure about this method of delivery.

All samples are roughly 15mm x 20 mm cuttings of the actual tile. Please bear in mind that colour and tone from tile to tile can differ and although a sample is a good representative of what the tile will look like, each tile will not be an exact replica of the sample received

If a customer decides to return the goods because they have changed their mind about the product they will not receive the cost of delivery as part of the refund. The customer must also meet the courier cost of returning the product.
Goods must be returned to us within 30 days of the date we receive notice of your intent to cancel.
Refunds will only be processed once the goods have arrived with us and we have inspected their condition and deemed them to be in a suitable condition for resale.
