This is a vintage sterling charm of a birthday cake.  It says "Happy Birthday To You" around the base.  The top was enameled in pink and red; there is wear to the enamel.  There is a lever on the bottom, and when you press it, the candles rise a bit.  The charm is marked sterling on the bottom, and was rhodium plated to prevent tarnishing.  It measures 5/8 of an inch high and just over 3/8 of an inch at its widest and weighs 1.9 grams.
