Front side photo of tower and title, on backside plain postcard with short description; "Post Office Tower, Cleveland street, London, W.1., Britain's tallest building, is 619ft. high, including the mast, and weighs 13,000 tons. 95 tons of high tensile steel were used to reinforce the mast and 685 tons of mild steel to reinforce the Tower itself. Built to cater for the tremendusly increased demand for telecommunication services, it has provided the additional capacity required by using microwave radio channels which cary telephone calls and television programme between London and all parts of the country"
