Payment
We accept PAYPAL payment only.
Payment should be completed within 4(Four) days of auction closing. Unpaid dispute will be filed for closing auction.
Sales Tax of 8.875% will be applied for orders shipped within the state of New York by E-bay system.

Delivery details

All items will be shipped within 48 business hours upon receipt of payment.(except Saturday and Sunday).
Orders placed on weekend will be shipped within 4 days.

We only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal.

Before you pay, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to mishandling by the shipping carrier, please contact us as soon as possible to have the replacement being arranged.

Defective
If your item arrives defective, please contact us as soon as possible, we will arrange pick up of the defective item(s),

but rest assured that we will cover all shipping costs and offer of replacement (if available) or a full refund.

When possible we test some tools to make sure there is no DOA. I will test them on your request, Include a note in massage area when paying.

Warranties
If your item comes with a manufacturer warranty please follow the warranty process before contacting us.

Exchange
Items returned within 30 days of receipt may be refunded less a 25% restocking fee.

The customer is also responsible for the shipping costs (forward and return). Items must be returned in their original new & unopened condition. We do not accept any returns on used items or marked as non returnable.
