PAYMENTS:

Payment is required in full within 5 days unless other arrangements have been made.  If no payment or contact has been made on the 6th day from auction end or Invoice issued, I will contact you first before filing a not-payment report with eBay & relisting the item.

POSTAGE & HANDLING:

Pick-up available (Payment must be received prior to Pick-up) 

All packages will be sent via Australia Post, to ensure safe traceable delivery. 

If you require EXPRESS or REGISTERED POST please let me know as an additional charge will be added.

RETURNS POLICY / IN-DISCREPANCIES:

Please refer to Ebay’s Refunds Policy also keeping in mind that most of my items are pre-owned and in most cases have been already worn/used.  Each item is examined closely and I will state the item's condition and description to my best ability.  I am obliged to provide more photos or further information upon request. 

I do my best to reflect the closest possible representation of the colour of the item in photos. Monitors do display colours differently so take this into consideration.

I do not offer a refund if you change your mind, do not like the item or it does not fit.  However, I am only human and if for some reason I have not mentioned something that significantly affects the quality, appearance or usability of the item, please contact me to work out a solution.

I take detailed care when checking items, but may miss something.  If you do notice something I have not listed, then I just haven't seen it so please contact me so we can work out a solution.
