Cancellations & Claims
All cancellations must be initiated by Buyer within ONE hour of purchase. Please buy carefully as cancellation fee will incur a fee.
All claims must be made within 5 days upon receiving. All claims must be accompanied with pictures of boxes / envelope for verification. False claims will be reported.
