This Kit contains an assortment of Steel JIC Plugs, Caps and O rings in different sizes, all neatly packed in Strong Plastic Parts Box with adjustable compartments.
Made from zinc plated Cold Drawn Steel these Hydraulic JIC Plugs Caps and "O" Rings Kit is Compatible with "AN" (US Army Navy) Dash -04, -06, -08, -10, -12, -16.  Kit comes complete with various Nitrile 90 Duro "O" Rings. Assortment of Hydraulic JIC Plugs & Caps Kit in Impact and Oil Resistant Plastic Parts Case with bonus Assortment of Nitrile "O" Rings and a Microfiber Cloth.   
This is an economical maintenance kit of Zinc plated Steel JIC Plugs and Caps complete with Nitrile N9 "O" Rings.
 Using JIC Plugs and Caps after removing hoses or pipes, ensures that no oil leaks onto the floor into the ground and your machine, they also help to  prevent damaging contaminants such as dirt, dust, rain water and sand from entering your machine's sensitive hydraulic components such as pumps, valves, motors and cylinders.
The Male Plugs can also be used as a temporary low pressure port plug on pumps, motors and cylinders by adding an O ring to the base of the thread.   
We have assembled this kit based on our years of experience working on removing and replacing Hydraulic Hoses, motors, pumps, cylinders and Rams on high pressure fluid powered Machinery, Earth Moving equipment and Marine vessels.
JIC is widely used in High pressure Fuel Delivery and Fluid Power Applications for Pressures up to 10,000 PSI.
 Also useful when carrying out high pressure Hose or tube repairs and replacement on the above equipment as well as when working on Tow Trucks, Tippers, Tilt Trays, Drill Rigs, Concrete Agitators, Mobile Plant and Materials Handling equipment.
You can also use these plugs and caps to keep new hydraulic hoses and tubes contaminant free as you push or pull them through a dirty machine during repairs and maintenance. JIC 37 degree taper seat fittings are generally interchangeable with US Military "AN" (Army Navy) thread with 37 degree flared seat.

Please be aware that these JIC fittings are Not acceptable for military aviation or aerospace use, but are idea for agricultural equipment, construction equipment, heavy machinery applications or material handling applications.
