Miller Holiday Collection Limited Series "Christmas On Old World 3rd St." Stein.  It is 1991 and 2nd in a series individually numbered of 9950.  It has never been used is in Excellent Condition only sat on a shelf for display.  It comes with a box but I think it is only from the store purchased from and not a Miller box nor do I know if one ever existed.
