- All items are shipped from our UK warehouse in London
-Orders are dispatched same day if ordered before 2 pm or the following working day. Weekend orders are dispatched on Monday
-Items take 1-3 working days to arrive in the UK, but please allow up to 5 working days as we have no control over Royal Mails delivery service. (Excludes weekends and public holidays)
-Please note that we will only ship to the address given on eBay. Non received items due to an invalid address on EBay will not be covered by our full refund or returns policy

Returns
- All phones come with 30 days return. Please insure that the item is checked and returned within this time frame to qualify for a full refund or replacement.
- If the product is not received in its original condition by us, we will be unable to refund it.
- Please take extra care to package the items carefully to avoid them being broken in transit as we can only refund items in an unbroken and saleable condition.
- Please email us through your purchased item in order to help us respond to you promptly
- Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage
- Refunds are usually processed within a few days of us receiving the item back
Warranty
- After 30 days you will only be covered under our 1 Year return to base warranty for manufacturing defects only. Accidental and water damage are not covered
