Up for sale is this Hardwood turning blank.  It is  Argentine Osage Orange (Maclura tinctoria ) and measures 1.5" x 1.5" x 6.0" .  Color is a distinctive Yellow Orange and has a straight somewhat interlocked grain.  Use only sharp tools to cut this one and it finishes beautiful.  It is the perfect size for a Wood Chisel handle.  Design your own and turn it out on your wood lathe, finish anyway you like and have a unique tool that shows who you are and fits and feels just like you want!
