  • Restores Economy
  • Prevents Larger Engine & Turbo Related Failures
  • Removes Carbon from inside Diesel, Petrol, Turbo & Non-Turbo Engines
ABOUT REVIVE

ReViVe treatments are safe, water based, non toxic, non corrosive and non flammable fluids, using technology developed and used for the cleaning and maintenance of aviation jet engines, power station turbines, large marine diesel engines and now automotive engines.
The treatment is sprayed into the vehicle’s intake system before the turbo inlet while the engine is running.  As the fluid passes through the engine, the active ingredients lock onto built up oily/carbon deposits and strips away surface layers.  These tiny carbonised particles are no larger than the soot particles the engine naturally generates, making the process safe for vehicles fitted with catalysts and filters.

REPAIR WITH REVIVE
ReViVe is used to clean engine systems that already have problems caused by soot & oily build up.
By performing three Revive cleaning doses on the vehicle, carbonised layers are removed gradually, making the engine cleaning process very safe.

RESTORES ECONOMY, POWER & EMISSIONS
Cleaning the turbo and other engine internals helps restore fuel economy, regains lost power and reduce exhaust emissions.

VARIABLE VANE TURBOS
Variable nozzle / vane technology can be a major cause of turbo problems due to sticking turbo vanes, cleaning with Revive helps remove soot & oil from the mechanism to restore normal movement.
VARIABLE VANE TURBOS
Preventative treatment with Service Shot helps keep the Variable nozzle / vane components clear of soot that causes sticking and boost related issues, regular use at each service helps maintain normal movement and health.

USING REVIVE
Checkout this YouTube video on how to use ReViVe:

Performing a full ReViVe clean to repair and fix problems is straight forward, quick and easy to carry out and a preventative Service Shot treatment is even quicker to perform.
Starting with a cold engine, unclip the intake trunking after the airfilter.
(This 3 step process can be completed in just 10 minutes)

Spray ReViVe in 3 doses of 250ml into the intake, 1st with the engine running at 2200 RPM, next at 1800 RPM, stop the engine for 3 minutes, re-start the engine then finally at 2000 RPM.

Keep the engine running for a few more minutes until the ReViVe has worked out of the system.

Take the vehicle for a brisk drive of about 20 minutes, this allows ReViVe to do its work.
The ReViVe cleaning process can be performed before a service, this allows the vehicle to be checked over and filled with clean oil.

Now enjoy the results of a nicer vehicle to drive with a cleaner power band and reduced emissions.

REVIVE OVERVIEW & INSTRUCTIONS?

Since 1998, Volkswagen, Audi, Seat and Skoda diesel vehicles have been equipped with variable geometry turbochargers. Other manufacturers followed suit and the majority of diesels manufactured today use variable vane technology including Transits, Sprinters, Crafters and similar sized vans. Whilst these units are far more efficient, they are prone to carbon build up on the variable vane mechanism, resulting in restricted movement and causing either under boost or over boost. This in turn causes the vehicle to be underpowered and eventually ends up triggering the engine management light, generating fault codes and the vehicle going in to ‘limp mode’.

To overcome this problem, the turbo had to be removed, stripped, cleaned or replaced at a considerable cost to the owner. However, there is now a very effective alternative called  ‘ReViVe’.

ReViVe is a safe water based, non toxic and non flammable fluid, using technology developed and used for the cleaning and maintenance of aviation jet engines, power station turbines, large marine diesel engines and now automotive engines.
The fluid is sprayed into the vehicle’s intake system before the turbo inlet whilst the engine is running. As the ReViVe fluid passes through the combustion process, it locks on to built up oily/carbon deposits and breaks away a surface layer. These tiny carbonised particles are then carried away out through the exhaust system, safely passing through catalysts and Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF’s)By performing 3 ReViVe cleaning doses on the vehicle, carbonised layers are removed gradually, making the engine cleaning process very safe.

Starting with a cold engine, unclip the intake trunking after the air filter.
(This 3 step process can be completed in just 10 minutes)

Spray ReViVe in 3 doses of 250ml into the intake, 1st with the engine running at 2200 RPM, next at 1800 RPM, then stop the engine for approximately 3-4 minutes . During this time, if the vehicle is fitted with a vacuum operated  turbo actuator, a Mitivac could be used to agitate the mechanism before administering the final dose. The engine should then be run at 2000 RPM until the third and final quantity has been applied. Keep the engine running for a few more minutes until the ReViVe has passed through the system.

Take the vehicle for a brisk drive of about 20 minutes, this allows ReViVe to do its work.
The ReViVe cleaning process can be performed before a service, this allows the vehicle to be checked over and filled with clean oil.

ReViVe is extremely effective at cleaning carbon deposits from petrol and diesel engines and especially variable vane turbochargers, however, ReViVe can expose mechanical wear issues that have previously been masked by the carbon build up, so this needs to be considered when diagnosing the problem.
