Vintage Vulcanizer tire inner tube patch clamp vise tool unbranded This is a beautiful addition to any tool or old car buff. This one is different from any I have seen before as it has a threaded area where I believe canister could be attached for storage of patching supplies. This is more that 60 years old but I do not know the precise vintage. It did belong to my grandfather and my father said he remembers watching it in use but could never master this skill on his own.
