French LMC Ligue Maritime et Coloniale Enamel Blue Navy Anchor Military Pin Vtg

---  Oval is about 3/4" tall and 1-7/8" including the pin shaft length.  Tip has a little bend. I don't know anything about this, I had to look it up and am still not sure what it would be for.
