Here is a beautiful Rookwood Pottery Standard glaze vase decorated by Lenora Asbury. It has a spray of yellow dandelion flowers and green leaves and stems against a shaded brown to orange yellow ground on a tall shouldered form. It measures 12 1/16 inches tall and 4 1/2 inches in diameter at the widest.  Marked with the RP die-stamp, no Roman numeral for 1900, shape number 533C, and an underlined L.A. for the artist.  It is in great condition with no chips, cracks, firing flaws, or repairs, just a couple tiny bubbles in the glaze.  A great shape showing Rookwood's floral artistry in arts & crafts pottery.
