Download and upload speeds can vary based on surrounding topography, roof material on home, foliage, tower distance and antenna direction on tower.

You should expect download speeds anywhere from 5mbps – 100+mbps depending on the previously stated variables. If you intend to use our service for streaming video or playing games we do not recommend this in service areas where you see download speeds less than 10mbps.

Depending on signal strength in your home you may need an additional outdoor antenna (not included). This can greatly improve speeds.

How it works:

1. Purchase this listing.

2. You will receive a FREE one week trial starting the day the router is marked as delivered. Within that week we will contact you to setup the PayPal subscription for monthly service (30 day billing cycles). If we do not hear from you within that week the service will be suspended after the trial period.

3. The router will be activated and will be ready to use as soon as you receive it.

Shipping:

We ship within 1 day of purchase Monday - Thursday with UPS 2nd Day Air unless you are located in an area where UPS Ground will get there faster.

Trial Period/Returns/Terms:

In order to receive a refund the router must be returned with EVERYTHING that was sent with it (undamaged retail box, power adapter, sim card, antennas, ethernet cable, all plastic bags, wire ties, etc). If the device is damaged, abused, tampered with, has missing parts or smells like smoke you will NOT be refunded and it will be returned to you. Shipping cost will not be refunded if you do not wish to continue service. Do not purchase if you do not agree to these terms.
