All Your Entertainment uses Australia Post as its carrier for both domestic and international orders. Shipping is free on all orders shipped within Australia and is a flat rate of $5 for all orders shipped to New Zealand. We ship goods Monday through Friday subject to Australian statutory holidays.
Please allow 1 - 7 working days for delivery within Australian Metro areas (major cities and surrounding suburbs) and 1-10 working days for regional areas and New Zealand.

I think my order has been lost in the mail. What should I do?
If your order is lost during shipment please contact us and we will endeavour to ship a replacement as soon as possible (depending on product availability); however, in order to confirm that an order has been lost, we must wait until the maximum delivery time has expired before replacing your order. It's also vital to ensure that you have provided us with the correct shipping address.
Note: Replacement items will be shipped at the cost of All Your Entertainment, except orders where an incorrect shipping address or other information has been provided.

My order has arrived damaged. What should I do?
Should your order arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately,, to arrange for a replacement, exchange or refund.
I've changed my mind. Can I refund my purchase?

Note: Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case of our error. If you have changed your mind about your online purchase, all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Region Compatibility
Unless otherwise specified DVD and Blu-ray discs sold are designed for use in Australian and New Zealand systems. DVD discs are Region 4, PAL format. Blu-ray discs are Zone B, PAL format.
International customers from USA and Europe and many other countries these discs will not play on your equipment unless you have a multiple region player and PAL TV.
Note Blu-ray discs will not play on DVD players.
