That's why we strive to provide great products and maintain the highest possible level of customer service to make our customers happy.  If you have any issues with the product purchased from us, please email us via EBay Message.  If you are still not satisfied with your shopping experience with us and would like to return, please follow the easy steps listed below to make sure your return is handled promptly and efficiently.

1. Product needs to be returned with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number so we can identify it. Please email us prior to return and will provide you an RMA and return shipping address.
2. Box up the product and ship it back to us (buyers pay the return shipping cost)
3. All electronic products (e.g., computers, tablets, printers, cameras, and camcorders, etc) must be returned in original sealed condition and no restock fee will be charged in this case.  If the product package has been opened, return for a refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
4. We will process the refund immediately upon receiving and verifying the product (product serial number will be recorded prior to shipping and checked when a product is returned for refund).
