BMW PART SUPPLY gives a THREE YEAR WARRANTY on ours.  This is Parts only, we will replace any latch assembly that fails within 3 years of purchase, no questions asked (with the return of the failed part)  Note:  We have not had any returns – none – And we have sent out hundreds of these sets.  We rebuild these to last the life of your car.  $100 core charge included in price.   Your final cost is $495 plus shipping for a PAIR of latches.

We do require you old, broken latches for the core refund of $100 which is paid back as a refund upon their receipt.  We include a prepaid label to send these broken latches back to us.  

We fully rebuild this item and replace the slide mechanism along with other wearable parts.   You only want to do this repair once.  Don't put in 20 year old parts and hope they last, buy this rebuilt and we provide a 3 year warranty.   Phone support, installation documentation along with video support are included with the install so you can complete this replacement successfully.  We supply many local repair BMW shops and even several BMW dealerships and Midas locations who need these latches quickly for repairs.

RETURNS:

I accept returns for any reason as long as the item is shipped back in the same condition as purchased. Just send me a message and give me a heads up you are shipping it back. I will refund your money within 24 hours of receiving the item back.  Note:  All products we sell are marked either with visual and UV markings to prevent swap.  If the markings are altered there is no refund processed.

Return requests through eBay for "DOES NOT FIT" and "NO NEED" will be accepted no questions asked. Buyer pays return shipping.　 I will not accept any return requests for "ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED" without discussing the reason for the request in advance.　 If you feel I made an error, please contact me to discuss the situation first.
