Payment is due within 5 business days after purchase.  Non-paying bidders will be reported and item will be relisted.  Contact us if other arrangements are required.

SALES TAX:  Note:  Ebay's tax policies have changed as of January 1, 2020, a total of 38 states require the collection of sales tax. In such cases, eBay collects and remits Internet Sales Tax on the sellers behalf.  Please be aware of ebay's tax policy prior to purchasing.

SHIPPING: We pack and ship 98% of all orders the same if payment is received before Close of Business 6pm Central. Please understand that once orders are shipped, we cannot control the transit times thereafter. Most orders will ship via USPS First Class/Priority Mail or FedEx/UPS or the best suitable carrier for the specific size of the product.  You will also receive an email indicating your purchased item(s) has been prepared for shipment.

DELIVERY TIME: We have no control on how long it takes the shipper to process and deliver the item to your door.  Look at when you paid and when we send you a tracking number, which reflects how fast we pack and deliver the item to either USPS or UPS.  Most items are listed with a very reasonable low shipping cost.  In most cases, it cost us more for the material to pack and ship the item than what the buyer is charged.  PLEASE take all of the above into consideration when leaving feedback.

RETURN POLICY: Most items have a 30 return policy.  Buyer must contact us in advance to validate approval for returning any item. Returns will only be accepted for items not described correctly. Most of our parts are NOS and typically in unopened original packing material (box/bag).  Item must be returned as received with original packing in unused condition.  Unless otherwise indicated, the part is sold as-is.  Returns without pre-approval will be denied acceptance from the shipper.

ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED: If for any reason you feel the item purchased was not as described, please contact us so we can address any issues prior to leaving feedback.  Your satisfaction is our goal and we would appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns you may have with purchased item(s).  Please send us an eBay message so we are aware and can assist.

NOS PARTS: (New Old Stock) items are new and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) from the factory and having never been installed.  These parts could be 45+ years old and therefore may have small imperfections due to years of shelf wear and movement.  As always, we try to inspect and describe these imperfections.
