All units are fully tested before being listed.

These tests include, but are not limited to:

*General use test such as keyboard, boot to bios, boot to OS, sound, BT, Wi-Fi, etc.

*Items that are pulled from a working environment are considered tested. I.e., “decommissioned”

Should you experience an issue with your item:

*Returns are accepted once it is determined which component is at fault, this will require basic troubleshooting. Buyer must work with seller to move forward. Once determination is made of what has failed along with documented proof, return can be processed.  Proof may require a screenshot, photo, or short video.  These are all based on nature of the issue.

*It should also be noted not all returns will result in buyer having to send item back. This is  to save the buyer time having to post item.

*Support for any software components such as the Operating System is not provided and will not constitute a return unless determined hardware is at fault. I.e., Blue Screen that points to a memory issue.
