Molds are brand new and can be used for Chocolate and Soap Making.

This mold cannot be used for hard Candy due to the high temperature.

All of our molds are made with FDA approved PETG plastic, color of the plastic may vary. 

To clean the mold hand wash in warm mild soap and let air dry, never wash them in a dishwasher.

Our molds will arrive with molding instructions.

We only accept PayPal as a method of payment.

Shipping is done on a daily basis from Monday to Friday after payment is cleared.

Friday afternoon items get processed on Monday morning.

 No shipping is done on the weekends.

We only ship to a confirmed Ebay and PayPal address

International buyers please be aware that delivery times depends on the country

 and it also depends on how long your countries customs takes to clear the packages.

Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for delivery of international items.

 All international items are insured, if the item you purchased happens to get lost in transit

 then we can file a claim for a full refund plus the shipping charge after 45 days of it being shipped.

if you receive your molds and it is not what you need then you can return the unused molds

 but there will be a 20% restocking fee,

buyer is responsible for the return shipping and the initial paid shipping will not be refunded.

We have 14 days return policy after the date that you received the item,

Returns must be approved by seller prior to returning,

contact us prior to send the item back for shipping information.

If it is an exchanged, buyer will pay shipping costs for shipment of the exchanged item.
