New have never been used. The pumpkins with sequins all come with a hat. The lady bugs, 2 of them (size small) do NOT have the headband. The Medium size does have a headband. The wings have glitter on them. I know the next thing someone will notice is i can't spell. LOL.

Your fur babies will either love these or run like heck..LOL Mine did.

Some may have some imperfections on them.
