Damascus sgian brew blade

"Traditional patterned sgian dubh blades with jimps and full blood groove.

   Compliant 3.5 inch lengths.

  An attractive mix of Raindrop and Random patterning, the Damascus is exceptionally tight, the patterns being stark and bold.

      Supplied in protective greased polythene sleeve, these blades have not been hardened.

    If hardening is required, the hi carbon mix of tool steels will give excellent results if oil quenched and tempered.

    Blades which have been treated in this way will typically show a slightly improved contrast in pattern.

    They then take a very good edge and typically achieve Rockwell 53+"
