Very  elegant looking ,Fits 4-5 yr old,comes from a nonsmoking home.It is believed to be from the 40's could be earlier, This is very clean and very well  keep, All Handmade with tucks,the flower on the front is hand embroiled,This piece as seen in pictures is old and very homemade! It is like the sweet Shirley Temple Dresses of the 40,s, there is a under skirt that is cotton.This is a must see item !
