We ship within 1 to 3 business days of receiving cleared funds.

Bank transfers can take up to 5 business days. 

Items are shipped via Australia Post Standard mail / air and should arrive within 2-5 business days, sometimes it can take longer.

International  ( rest of the World ) delivery time can take up to  4-10 weeks.

The shipping fees not only covers the cost of postage,it also includes handling, packing, warehousing and distribution costs.

If insurance or Express postage is required please email and advise us prior to making your payment for a quote and invoicing.

We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in the mail

We ship only to your Paypal address make sure your shipping address is the same before you make any payment.

Please be aware that all photos are enlarged to show the detail this is due to Ebay's new sizing requirement 

Sometimes the colour in our photographs do not reflect the true colours they may come out darker or lighter, depending on the different monitors. 

As all cameras are different we try our best to keep the colours as close as possible to the item being photographed this does not effect the patterns or designs of the items.

Therefore we do not accept returns for colour variations.

Each item is carefully inspected before being offered for sale.

Refunds and Returns are only available for defective items and are emailed and reported within 1 day of receiving.

We do not offer exchange or refund for change of mind or on the basis that the goods / items were not to personal taste

We do not refund any postage

Please inspect your item before removing tags. 

If an item is defective and is eligible for refund it will  be refunded ( excluding all shipping and handling costs associated with all delivered and return of items ) and must be in their original packaging and condition.

If a return is made without tags attached the amount refunded will be at a rate of 50% of the original purchase price.

A restocking fee may be charged on returned items for the relisting fees

All Final value fees associated with the return will be deducted from the refund if they are not recoverable from Ebay

NOTE All defects must be notified by email within 1 day of receiving  and you must get the necessary RETURN AUTHORISATION  before any returns are accepted and must be sent back in the original packaging and must be in an unused and saleable condition .The same condition as when you received it.
If the return has been used or damaged in any way it will not qualify for refund and will be returned to the buyer 

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs via a service that provides tracking / delivery confirmation. Insurance is also recommended for your own protection.

Shipping and Handling costs are non-refundable
