Custom electric bike dual battery kit for all ebikes that uses XT90 connection from controller and extra battery. 

Please send the cable length measurements you are requesting.  3 lengths requested:
1) Distance from the controller to the mounting spot of your switch (our prebuild is 13")
2) Distance from switch to battery #1 (our prebuild is 30")
3) Distance from switch to battery #2 (our prebuild is 30")

(The typical cable length measurements I recommend that most folks use on their e-bikes are: ~13" from the switch to the controller.  ~30" from the switch to battery #1, ~30" from the switch to battery #2.  Please measure if you need a different lengths.  Cheers!)

Safety feature built-into switch so there is no chance of running the two batteries at the same time.

Turn your e bike into a dual battery bike with this kit (extra battery not included).  Need to expand your range?  Want to always go fast?  Having range anxiety (Don't want to run out of juice)?  Need to go a long long distance?  Or just want to have double/triple the fun?  

This setup is an aftermarket modification so you can easily "switch" to a second battery once you have depleted your current battery.  We tested this kit and it is 100% working. Our test bike specifications were the RipCurrent-S and Scorpion 52V 19.2Ah default juiced bike battery and our secondary battery used is a Samsung 52V 30Ah Triangle battery.  This kit allows easy plugin for any aftermarket xt90 compatible ebike battery. (48V 30Ah / 52V 20Ah/ 52V 30Ah/ 52V 35 Ah batteries and others)
Works on two different batteries with different voltages


We use a 30A rated switch with and extra thick wire (12- 14 AWG) custom lengths are all measured.  Each kit is individually tested and assembled in California before shipment.

Kit includes the following:

1) Custom Cable length and switch XT90 connection to reach from e-bikes controller to mounting position of first and secondary battery.


***Optional XT90 splitter kit for dual battery setup so you can use your stock ebike
battery (built-in switch) and add two external batteries- 3 batteries total. (+ $10 for splitter OR  +$80 for the splitter + secondary battery kill switch) 



To install this kit you will need the following:
1) Zip ties
2) A small screwdriver
3) 3/32" small hex tool
4) Elbow grease some DIY gumption (Easy plug and play installation we'll teach you how)
5) Extra ebike battery with XT90 connection (email us if you need one we can let you know cost)
6) A place to mount your extra battery for your ebike


The extra battery is not included in this kit, only the cable needed to hook it up.  Battery voltage will depend on your controller - Juiced bikes controller will support up to 48V 30Ah / 52V 20Ah/ 52V 30Ah/ 52V 35 Ah batteries and others.  If you need extra compatible batteries for this setup you can message me and we can sell them to you.   Please note that since this is an aftermarket modification upgrade and we cannot guarantee any warranties that may be expressed by Juiced bikes.  You can always disassemble these cables if you need to send your bike in for warranty purposes from Juiced.


This switch allows the operation of 1 battery at a time.  Not intended to run 2 batteries at a time.  Not intended for parallel battery use.
