I ship within 3 business day once payment is received. You should receive your order in 5-7 business days depending on your location.

It will be sent in the mail as a LETTER (No Tracking Provided). Envelopes are not guaranteed to be nice and flat on arrival due to postage and handling by Australia Post personnel. 

For rural customers, you may experience a larger delay due to Australia Post's snail mail. Please allow for extra delivery time if you live outside a major metro area. 

Paypal is preferred but Bank transfer is also accepted.

We hope you will love your purchase, however if you need to return it, we have a 30 day return policy(depends on if the item is customized or not)

You may cancel your order if it has not been packed and shipped. If your order has been packed and shipped, the item can be returned at your expense within 30 days (item must be returned in original brand new, unused condition). We will refund the item once we receive it within 2-3 business days. It is recommended that you use a registered posting service in case it is lost in the mail. Please note that we will deduct the original postage cost (usually $2). Used items will not be accepted for return.
