A beautiful dinky & delicate skinny sterling silver 1.2mm wide anxiety ~ fidget handmade ring..hand forged and hammered for a lovely dimpled and sparkly finish and features 4 round corrugated/fluted ball sterling silver beads which can be moved easily around the ring. It can be worn alone or stacked with other rings (see pictures).

It is tumbled and polished for strength and a sparkling finish.

Fiddling is well known to combat stress and anxiety.
