SHIPPING

We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states and ship within 2 business days of payment, usually sooner. We DON'T ship or accept P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address.

For shipping from the USA to outside of the continental USA, we ONLY use eBay's Global Shipping Program.The item is shipped to KY and then sent to the rest of the world. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes. Continue to check out in order to calculate costs for shipping the item to your country. Messages regarding eBay's Global Shipping Program MUST be directed at eBay EXCLUSIVELY.

For orders shipped directly from China to non-excluded countries OUTSIDE the continental USA , international customers are responsible for ANY additional shipping costs necessary for delivery to their country. Seller will reach out and contact buyers through the eBay message system with the additional shipping costs needed for shipment to occur. The buyer must 'agree to' and 'pay for' the additional shipping costs BEFORE order can be processed and shipped. If the buyer declines, the order will be cancelled.

RETURNS

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy on items which you are not completely satisfied with. You have the option for a full refund of the item. No returns are available on items shipped outside of the USA.

All items will be well packaged before shipped out, if you find that any items arrived with damage or are defective, please contact us FIRST, it is our responsibility to take care of it. Customer is responsible for the the return shipping cost. We do not accept a return of physically damaged or altered items.
