SIZE CHART

The size chart for this item is in the image gallery. Approximate size only, please allow around 1-2cm variation.

Half Chest measurement is the measurement when your shirt is laid on a flat surface and measured from armpit to armpit. Body length is the total length from tag at collar to the bottom of the shirt.
Different brands and styles come in different sizing measurement, please known your measurement, then refer to our size chart, please don't guess your size!

 

PAYMENT

We accept payments via PayPal, Credit Card, Direct Bank Deposit (Please contact us for bank details). There are two methods of PayPal payments, one is via express and the other is recognised as a PayPal E-Cheque. PayPal E-Cheques do take anywhere from 5-7 business days to clear. Bank Deposits take anywhere from 1-4 business days to clear. Please take note of this when making payment. PayPal is our preferred method of payment.

 
SHIPPING
POST

All orders are typically shipped within 2 business days after payment has cleared. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

 
EXCHANGE / RETURN

All items sold are 100% brand new stock. Work wear garments are prone to normal wear and tear, this does not warrant it as a defective product, we will only warrant items that have been sent as faulty on arrival.

Return or Exchange have to be sent within 7 days of receiving the product. Refund or exchange can only be made if:

The garment has not been worn, altered and/or washed and is in a resalable condition.

The garment has not been damaged whilst in the customer's possession.

Any customised or decorated item(s) cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.


"Free Postage" item means postage is included as part of the final price, so there is no additional cost required during purchasing. All refunds will be made by deducting the postage cost from total value.

We do not provide refunds on incorrect choice or mistake purchases in accordance with Australian consumer law. We do however provide exchanges at the cost of the buyer. Please note that the costs of returns are quite high predominately due to the price of freight and also the restocking fees charged by suppliers.

In the rare chance that we may have sent you an incorrect style, customer is to return item back to us for us to exchange, we will reimburse postage expenses for the return postage to the customer.

The colour of garments may vary slightly from the image depicted on your monitor due to a variety of factors including lighting, monitor brightness and contrast settings, etc. We unfortunately do not have any control over this, however we do our best to describe the item as detailed as possible.

We want the entire process easy for both you and us, if you find that we did not provide the best possible solution. Please don't hesitate to contact us to resolve any issues. Remember that issues can only be resolved thoroughly through effective communication.

EMBROIDERY
We offer in-house embroidery and digitising services for all businesses.

Embroidery is a cost effective method of having your organisations name on a shirt for increased business exposure. Embroidery can be added to most garments. With large range of colours, it is a cheaper alternative to screen printing when using multiple colours. In addition, embroidered stitching provides a 3D visual effect with a tactile look-and-feel. 

Digitising is the process of converting your text or picture (jpeg, bmp, eps, pdf etc) design to an embroidery machine software file (normally a .dst file). Once your design has been converted, the embroidery machine can sew out your design on the required garments.We can also create your design from paper, business cards, letterheads or pamphlets.Repeat orders don't incur this setup fee if there is no change to the design.

Please provide the following details:

The garments you require, colour and sizes if known ( so we can check availability)

Quantity of each garment (minimum 20 combined total)

Where you would like your design embroidered.

Approximate size and location in which you would like your design embroidered


To make sure we give you the most competitive price, please provide as much information as possible.

This whole process takes between 8 - 10 working days, depending on your chosen garment availability. Please add 1-2 days if delivery is required.
