Wonderful three-volume book-set: Eesti rahvarõivad (Folk costumes of Estonia) by Estonian authors Melanie Kaarma and Aino Voolmaa.

First volume is a very good overview of Estonian folk costumes, in Estonian language, with detailed resumes in Russian, English and German languages. Illustrated with lot and lot of photos and drawings abobut Estonian folk costumes, including many detailed pics. Also all undertitles of pics are translated into Russian, English & German. Second volume is a book of "how to make Estonian folk costumes yourself", with detailed information (in Estonian only) and cuts.

Third volume is a collection of patterns. This is the most detailed book-set about Estonian folk costumes ever published (at least so far) and it's really very beautiful!

Published in Estonia, 1981. Each volume size is ca 18x25 cm, 462 (1st vol) + 166 (2nd vol) pages + 18 folded sheet of patterns pages (on 9 separate, double-sided sheets of paper), hardcover, with paper dust jackets. Complete set, nothing is missing. Dust jackets shows some wear and tears, dust jacket of the second volume additionally have some brownish spots or stains on the inner side of it, otherwise used book(s) in good condition.
